Tigernix's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Tigernix CSRThe Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan of a company reflects its social conscience and commitment to society. It indicates how the company chooses to give back to its community by helping out within its capacities, through its resources, products and services.

Our CSR Agenda
CSR has always been an essential part of the Tigernix agenda and the basis of our commitment to the development of society at large. Due to this commitment, we are able to develop effective products that make a positive and valuable change in the working and management processes of various institutions and businesses. Tigernix seeks to create maximum value for those who use our products and services. Through our corporate activities we aspire to successfully contribute to the development of the society we belong to.

Reaching Out Through Technology
As an enterprise-wide solutions and services provider that provides state-of-the-art technology across all technology platforms, operating systems, and infrastructures, Tigernix has the capability of providing benefits to other organisations and institutions through its extensive line of solutions. Tigernix’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CMS (Content Management System) solutions have comprehensive, useful and fully-customisable features, which have helped several businesses by meeting their management requirements.

We are guided by the quest to improve operations through state-of-the-art technology and enhance processes through resourceful software products. We believe that different institutions can achieve their full potential with the help of effective technology. By aiding institutions in setting these tools in place, together, we can inspire and create further growth and development in Malaysia.

In accordance with these corporate goals, we set out to accomplish initiatives towards the sustainable development of society. By making CSR principles part of our management approach we are also able to build relationships of trust with our diverse stakeholders.

The main aim of Tigernix’s Corporate Social Responsibility Plan:

  • To facilitate easier access to effective technology and software systems
  • To encourage the integration of technology in the business processes of diverse institutions and educational institutions
  • To educate the masses on the availability and importance of resourceful software systems in order to improve business processes

Our Solutions
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): CRM allows businesses to build on their existing and new customer relationships. Through Tigernix’s CSR initiative, we are able to successfully implement the CRM solution in several establishments.

The places we have successfully implemented a CRM solution are Singapore Manufacturers' Federation (SMa), Singapore Polytechnic - SME Infocomm Resource Centre, Republic Polytechnic - School of Hospitality, Institute of Technical Education and Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): The TigernixERP solution is a robust, flexible, secure, and comprehensive solution which is completely web-based, making it easy to unify all business processes.

We have implemented Tigernix’s ERP solution at Ngee Ann Polytechnic - Centre of Innovation and Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology.

Content Management System (CMS): TigernixCMS is an advanced Content Management System which manages, organises, and maintains content and images for websites.

Member Relationship Management (MRM): MRM focuses on catering to the needs and requirements of non-profit and non-governmental groups/agencies. Our MRM solution covers all the essential features and functions that are required to run organisational processes.

Talent Recruitment Management (TRM): TigernixTRM provides a single platform to unify talent management processes and improve business. Our Business Edition offers configurable options, intuitive controls, and useful functionality for employees, candidates, managers, and HR professionals.

Learning Management System (LMS): LMS serves as a fantastic platform for de-centralized training, evaluation and tracking results.

Tigernix BI - Business Intelligence: Tigernix BI provides precise and timely information that helps manage, monitor, develop, and build strong business strategies for any company.

E-commerce: Tigernix offers custom designed e-commerce solutions with a range of resourceful and user-friendly features specifically developed to suit the requirements of small and medium-sized businesses.

School Management System (SMS): TigernixSMS is a Malaysia based School Management System that is a friendly end-to-end software that provides easy management of students, classroom- booking, parents management and finance management functions for collages and schools.

Point of Sale System (POS): TigernixPOS is a Malaysia based Point Of Sale system that is an end to end friendly software that provides easy management of retail business.

Project Management System: TigernixProject is a software for project managers to help cut cost and increase efficiency in the scheduling and planning of projects and project administration.

Hotel Management System: Tigernix's Hotel Management System include modules for processes in your hotel such sales management, accounting and financial management, room-booking, housekeeping, human resource management, restaurant management and more.

Energy Trade and Risk Management (ETRM): TigernixETRM was founded with the goal of providing innovative solutions for emerging global business environment with focus on specific verticals and refinement in delivery processes.
